on R12.2.4, when click "open document", link error only for IE10,11

Dear colleague,

Could you please give some advice for below issue? Thanks in advanced!

Customer met a issue when clink “open document” link by IE10,11 on R12.2.4,and please check attachment as details . There are no issue when do this action by other type browsers and low version IE, such as IE8. After searched and found Bug 21420272 is similar with this issue. But the issue didn’t fix after applied patch 22730127: ORACLE APPLICATION FRAMEWORK (FWK) RELEASE 12.2.4 CONSOLIDATED BUNDLE 8. Could you please help me?

Production Version: 12.2.4

Key info :

  1. 1.       Issue only occur on IE10&IE11. This issue didn’t occur on IE8 , chrome and firefox.
