Customer Directory in IP2014/IP2015

Hi Experts,

As per my understanding there isn't any difference in the Customer Directory view (in Siebel Power Communication Application) in IP2014 and IP2015.

Could you please confirm or correct my understanding.

Again, when we access details of an account from this view, we are presented with a dashboard with error on the below applet as (Error:WI_UndefinedSymbolicURL: 'URL').

Could you please provide some background to this error and what can done to resolve this.
