Error during keydbupgrade

Hi,

While executing the keydbupgrade, am getting below error.

I have corrected the "ServerDbODBCDataSource" parameter to the connect string. And also deleted the cache file and generated the new file. But still am getting the error.

Please help me.

Command: keydbupgrade /u sadmin /p s***** /l enu /c /siebelapp/siebel/siebsrvr/bin/enu/siebel.cfg

Error Msg :

Error loading dictionary file diccache.dat.(SBL-DAT-60237)

Cleaning up... this may take a while.
