TNS-12535 & TNS-00505 errors in RAC database

Dear Oracle Experts,

We are 11.2.0.4 database with 2 Node RAC environment, In the alert.log file we are continue found the TNS-12535    & TNS-00505 errors.

Please help me to fix the errors permanently. I am uploaded my sqlnet.ora ,listener.ora and error details.
