From source Oracle.OCI.DLL: OraPlc11.Dll cannot be loaded (not found).

Hello, I have Oracle Instant Client 11.2.3.0 (32bit) installed on my Windows 7 system and I am able to access Oracle database using  tnsnames and ODBC Data Source DSN.  I want to access Oracle Database from Windows Excel 2010 (32bit), but the Oracle Provider for OLE DB was not present in the Data Link Properties list.  So, I downloaded ODAC 11.2.3.0 file from Oracle and installed just the OLEDB provider as follows:

install.bat oledb C:\Oracle\product\11.2.0\client_1 odac false

This seemed to work OK and I updated the path to include the bin directory as follows:

PATH=C:\ProgramData\Oracle\Java\javapath;C:\Program Files\Oracle\FAP\DLL;C:\Oracle\product\11.2.0\client_1;C:\Oracle\product\11.2.0\
