Budget Upload

Hello experts,

I am not sure if this is possible, but i want to see if any one has any ideas:

1. We have about 40 ledgers & we are in the process of bringing Budgets to Oracle (Currently we are doing outside Oracle)

2. We want to see if we can upload Budgets for different ledgers using 1 Budget Web ADI template:

     a. Say 1 Web ADI will be used for North America - This means users should be able to upload Budgets for USA, Canada & Mexico using 1 Web ADI template

     b. Similarly 1 template for EMEA and 1 for APAC.

3. Even if there is a custom process to achieve please let us know
