ETL Scripts to Determine Inventory DataSets

I am planning for an upgrade from EBS 11i to R12 and I want to do advance work on identifying two types of data – master and transactional. In relation to the Master Data, I would like to be able to extract the following data - Stock Take, Inventory Classification, COA Codes and Inventory Hierarchy. I also want to be able to identify transactional data such as opening net book value, inventory information on a PO, purchase classification.

Open items such as Stock in Hand, Purchase Orders, Stock Adjustment etc
