OK to manually clear Pre-Payroll temp tables?

QUESTION: Can we manually delete the "old" records in the following tables? if not, which ones should not be cleared (i.e. SQL or custom program)?
According to Oracle Doc ID 1455337.1, the following tables should clear during the payroll processing step “Final Update”:
1. F07350 Payment File
2. F07351 Payment Distribution File
3. F07352 Stub Information File
4. F07353 Tax Detail File
5. F07241 Burden Distribution File
6. F063951 Payroll Journal (Compressed) File
7. F05290 WF - Payroll Journal (Detail)
8. F07490 Payroll - Accounts Payable Detail
9. F07491 Payroll - Accounts Payable Summary File
10. F07492 Payroll - Accounts Payable Control File
11. F07149 Accrual Fiscal/Anniversary History Work File
1
