When the users did an Advance Exchange order, but returned the RMA-ed item first, which order line's
Our users created an Advance Exchange type of order, which means a new item is supposed to be shipped to a customer BEFORE the customer gets around to returning an old item being replaced. However, our customer returned the old item before we shipped out the new item. This causes a material transaction error, 'You cannot Update an Expired Instance. Instance needs to be un-expired before any updates.'
Note 882611.1 says to:
1. Query up the original Sales Order from the Order Management Form
2. Go to Lines
3. Go to Action > Installation Detail
4. Delete the Installation Details
5. Go to Installed Base Admin > Transaction Error Processing Form
