In the ASCP Workbench form why is the suggested date 2 days later that the interco ship date? Also,

Hi,

I am new to the planning. Kindly help me in fixing the below issue.

Users are not able to see the Part# details or Interco order details through their workbench form. But this part#: 20705BN and Internal Order Identifier: 5245782.INTERCO,ORD.. is present in the workbench, please check the attached screen shot.


Also why is the suggested date 2 days later that the interco ship date? Also, why is the action "none" ?


Note:- Users have created the folders  with the screen shot attached conditions and currently multiple users are facing this issue.
