Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Is there any possibility to capture "Actual Return Date" & "Actual Ship Date" of the product for RMA

Hi,

We have a requirement, to capture the "Actual Return Date" and "Actual Ship Date" of a product for an RMA in Logistics Tab of Service Order form.

Is there any possibility to capture both the above dates on the service order form.

Can anyone please suggest.
