R12.1.3 : Format Payment Instructions with Text Output concurrent program results in zero byte out

Hi,

We recently upgraded our database to 12.1.0.2  from 11.2.0.1   and applied RPC4 patch.   after that  we are unable to print checks .  the concurrent program Format Payment Instructions with Text Output  results with no output.   There are no errors in request log. I cannot post the entire log but here is the snapshot.
