No approver was found to approve your journal batch

Hi,

We have setup Journal Approval process through AME. We have done all the required setup but still the Journals are not going to the proper Approver. We tested many times after making changes in the AME but each time its failing. It is showing 'INVALID APPROVER'.

Please assist us on this if anyone knows.
