Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Customer Number Skips When Automatic Customer Numbering On (Doc ID 397212.1)

I have completed "ALTER SEQUENCE AR.HZ_ACCOUNT_NUM_S nocache;" but customer number still increase 1000.

Please advise ,why it still like cache size is 1000 . Now cache size for AR.HZ_ACCOUNT_NUM_S is 0.

More info : User site they always restart server every day at 23:00 p.m
