Database Restoration

Hi Team,

We have got a problem in our DEVELOPMENT instance. I was applying the Jan-16 PSU patch on our DEV box which is having the below configuration:

1. ASM

2. Four 11.2.0.4 Development databases.

I have taken the database backups for all the database on a separate mount point (File System), and then applied the patch.

But after applying the same the server entirely crashed. Our LINUX Team raised a ticket with Oracle (LINUX-x86_64 is the underlying OS running over OVM).

Oracle Team informed that the server can't be recoverred and a new fresh server was created with new mount points etc.
