Synergy Theme view is distorted when Enable Responsive parameter is set to true

Hi,

I have Siebel IP 2015 env. with PS 8. I enabled RWD for callcenter OM by setting Enable Responsive parameter to True and now my UI using Synergy theme is distorted. However Aurora theme works fine with this parameter.

Is it a product defect? How or when it will be fixed?
