Error while creating new custom top in Oracle EBS 12.2.4

Hi All,

I am creating Custom top in Oracle EBS 12.2.4 with adsplice through document."Creating a Custom Application in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 (Doc ID 1577707.1)" In Section 1 after configuring all files when I execute adsplice I am getting following error.

/d01/appsTier/PROD/fs2/EBSapps/appl/admin/hflprod.txt

'he file has format '%%% Single-product product data file format 12.0.A

and this version of AD Splicer requires format '%%% Single-product product data file format 12.0.A'
