How to install Vertex Quantum for US

Greetings,

in Reference to Installing Vertex Quantum for US legislation (DOC ID 224273.1), there are incomplete info regarding some steps. for example:

1. should I get pyvendor.zip from 21911111 patch ? why it is already exist on $SHT_TOP/lib then ?

2. what should I do with pyvendor.zip then ?

3. should I download patch 21911111 to $PAY_TOP/vendor/quantum ?

4. after unzip pyvendor.zip, REDHAT61.zip is created. unzip REDHAT61.zip creates directory "4.1.1" which includes qfpt.dat file as well as utils & lib directory. However running Quantum Program Update Installer does create the same. so ?


Instance: VISION R12.2 on VirtualBox (Oracle Linux 6.5)


any help please ?
