Order search not working over Sales Order for EBS Mobile App

Hi,

We have 12.2.4 ebs application, we have assigned the role "OM Mobile Sales Order Inquiry App Access" but still data is not displayed when we search order.

Kindly help in case if any other role also needs to be assigned or some other setting needs to be changed.
