Timecard Automation OT rate calculation for recharge employees

Hello HCM community,

I'm trying to use Timecard Automation to process timecards for recharge employees (RCCD=3). The system is not using the 1.5 multiplier on the rate for the new OT Pay Type. Is this working as designed? If so, is there a workaround?
