When forecasting activities for an asset none of the associated activities forecast

One of my users has reported an issue with a single asset with 6 activities not forecasting. 

NOTE: This was working correctly until about a year ago based on the last run dates, the users just noticed it now because the annual PM is due this month.  The annual PM is the only one on the Production schedule so they didn't catch the others.


Steps followed

Log in as Enterprise Asset Management: >Work Order Planning> Maintenance Workbench> Enter Asset> click Launch> click Forecast icon> Open Forecast> open Assets with Work> click on Asset> enter 365 in Horizon> enter Set Name> click Simulate> Results "Query caused no records to be retrieved"
