Data Cleansing within eBS 11i prior to upgrade

I am looking for a document(s) which will provide information to allow me to extract data pertaining to Master Data, Transactional History and all Open Items within Oracle eBusiness Suite 11i ? I want to identify the master data representation and also the business objects upon which transactions are done across operational silos such as Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Inventory, Fixed Assets and Asset Maintenance, Record to Report and Financial Data Maintenance. Using an IDE such as TOAD, JDeveloper or SqlDeveloper we want to identify ETL scripts that will allow us within our technology components to profile, consolidate
