Shipping Event Modifier Not well Calculated For Some customers

Hi,


We have an accrual discount modifier that contains a list of customers as line qualifiers.

This accrual should be applied on the shipping event but sometimes it is not applied for some customers. We have a customized form and we are using the following API (wsh_deliveries_pub.delivery_action).


Can anyone know what might cause this issue?
