How to capture "explain plan for " plan

I am working over a sql and it's showing good plan with "explain plan for" command. Whereas all the plans in AWR and cache are bad. Even SQL profile is not showing any good profile.

Can anyone suggest any way to capture the plan from "explain plan for" and appl that.
