Error: The implicit interest rate value of an asset exceeds 1000 percent in Lease Contract

Hi,

We are using Oracle Lease and Finance Management, version R12.

When I try to give a Price to a Lease Contract, the error message appears 'The implicit interest rate value of an asset exceeds 1000 percent.'

Navigation path:

Responsibility: Lease Contract Manager

Tab (main): Customers

     - We have entered all the data for the Lease Contract

Tab (under Customer Tab): Summary

Button: Activate Contract

     - The Validation Checklist doesn't have any error

Button:Continue

In Pricing Summary page, Button: Price

The error message appears: The implicit interest rate value of an asset exceeds 1000 percent

Can you please suggest me a solution or a change that I should make.
