I called Oracle support for help with permissions and they didnt know

Does anyone have the road map to the permission structure. For example I want to grant access to a specific module but what security permission is it? As I stated I have called serveral time and after 2+ hours on the phone we have gotten no where closer to a solution.

I even asked if they/orcale has a permissions manual???and they have all stated that there is no such manual they have ever seen before. So does anyone have such a permissions manual so I can assign permissions correctly and granularly
