2 questions but in same scope : "Incremental PATCHSET creation for Solaris 10"

is it possible to create a CPU incremental patchset by comparing a like node successful recent patch install by:

gathering a patchlist ( and dependencies ) and installing with patchadd.

how can i assure a patch order can be qualified.
