Depreciation Method

Hi All

Our client has a requirement to create a depreciation method that will take 7% depreciation on cost of asset for the life of the asset and then take any remaining depreciation in the last month of the life of the asset

The life of the asset range between 14 years and 3 months or can even be 14 yrs 31/2 months

Can you suggest / reccomend how we can achieve this in Oracle assets module?
