Suspicious email stating An account has been created for you with the following details. You will be

Everyone in my Office at FAA in OKC got an email to change there password.  It sent a password to use.  Is this official.  Should we be getting this.  It looks very supicious.  This is what the email states "An account has been created for you"  Let me know if this is legitimate.
