What starts "ohasd.bin reboot" on Oracle Linux 7 where inittab is no longer used, replaced by system

I tried to install Oracle Grid Infrastructure 12c on 2 Oracle VirtualBox VMs: rac1 and rac2 - both running Oracle Linux 7. My installation failed mid-way. Before attempting it again, I would like to clean-up all the remnants of the failed installation. Unfortunately, the deinstall process failed as well. I seem to have been able to clean everything from rac2, which was a remote node during installation. On rac1, however, I cannot get rid of the process /u01/app/oracle/grid/12.1.0/bin/ohasd.bin reboot". I tried rebooting rac1 but the process comes back after reboot. I checked the directory tree under /etc/systemd:
