Update org_id in cs_estimate_details

I have a Canada service request where the charge lines were created when the installed base record had the wrong operating unit, United States.  The IB record has since been corrected, but the charge lines still have the US org_id, and we can't submit the charge lines, as the account and bill-to do not exist in the US org.  Is there a way we can update the org_id in the cs_estimate_details record?
