Personal & Public Short Cuts Folders in Material Workbench How to Add Items or Use

Hi,

I'm querying On-Hand Quantities in the Material Workbench and have saved a number of queries.  As a second shortcut I am trying to understand how to create Personal & Public Short Cuts Folders in the Material Workbench after the query is run. However, other than creating a folder, I am unable to add any contents items to the folder. There is no user documentation on this functionality either. Can Anyone please advise?
