R12 Requisition Template missing some lines when reviewed FRM-40735: POST-QUERY trigger raised unhan

Hi Experts,

     I want to ask a solution regarding my problem in Requisition Template. I have created a requisition template with 19 lines, no issues with it. but when I tried reviewing it theres this popup that shows up 3 times (FRM-40735: POST-QUERY trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01403), then there were 6 lines missing, however they all show up in my shopping list in Iprocurement. If any changes would be required how can I edit the missing 6 lines. How to show the missing 6 lines? Thanks Experts.
