Do we have to change any specific LDAP configuration to improve the logon performance of BIP users (

Hello,

Do we have to change any specific LDAP configuration to improve the logon performance of BIP users (BIP integrated with OBIEE) ?

We checked the LDAP tuning parameters.

Control Flag  was set to - 'Sufficient'
Group Hierarchy Cache TTL was modified value,  -set to '6000'
Max Group Hierarchies In Cache  was modified.
Group Membership Searching                             - set to "limited"

telnet & tnsping to the LDAP server from MT is fine.

Europe users are having BI Publisher logon performance issues on PADM13 using Active Directory. We have separate active directory configured for Europe users
