OCOM Version 3.3.91.2.0 showing discarded packets and Low MOS on good calls.

From the view below we can see a spike in calls with bad MOS

Looking at one of these calls we see that it shows "discarded packets"

If you download a pcap all of the packets are there and none of the users are complaining of bad voice quality or one way audio

Checking on the probe we can see no dropped packets

and lastly checking on the filters we can see no dropped packets.

Has anyone experienced this in the past and know a way to resolve it? We are running the latest Version 3.3.91.2.0 on the 2 probes and the Mediation Engine
