Unable to update joined fields using EAI Siebel Adapter

Hello ,

I  have this requirement to update fields based on the intersection table(S_OPTY_CON). Currently the Integration Object has an Integration Component based on Contact BC and this has some joined fields from S_OPTY_CON, the intersection record is getting created, however after executing the Upsert method of the EAI Siebel Adapter, the joined fields based on S_OPTY_CON are not getting updated even though these fields are exposed on the Integration component.

Any inputs will be greatly appreciated
