Siebel Mobile - Map button disabled

Hi,

I am using Siebel Service mobile Application on IP 15.5.

The vanilla applet 'SHCE Service Activity List Applet - Mobile' has a map button with the User Property 'MAP_LOCATION_FIELDS' mapped to the Service Address Name field.

However, if I navigate to an activity with the 'Service Address Name' field populated, the 'MAP' button is disabled.

Please note that the Location services are enabled on the ipad.

What other setting is required to enable the Map on mobile?

Any guidance would be helpful.
