Data Cleansing in eBS 11i EAM

My organisation is embarking on an upgrade from eBS 11i to R12 and we have to clean our existing datasets before they are loaded onto the new target solution.  I am looking at the Enterprise Asset Management Module within eBS 11i and I want to extract data from this application module. I am particularly concerned about the Asset Maintenance Schedules from the Reference/Master Data and the Works Order from the Open Items. How can identify which tables within the Enterprise Asset Maintenance Module pertain to these Open items and Master/Reference Data?
