Cannot define category set for process manufacturing related functional area

Hi everyone,

When i try to setup default category set, there is no any functional area related to process manufacturing organization, like Process Cost Class, Process GL Business Class, Process GL Class, Process Technical Class, etc

Inventory > Setup > Item > Default Category Sets

I've define organization as process manufacturing enabled on organization parameter
