Missing UserHierarchy.jasper report in Relate CRM

Hi All,

I started getting the below error in my CRM test and production environments. I have looked in the "__/config/reports/administration" directories but the file is missing.

I also tried searching for the file on My Oracle Support but nothing is showing up. Can anyone show me when I can find this file?
