Uploaded customer site data is not showing in Customer setup

Hi,

We uploaded the Customer data through a API. The customer header data is available in the HTML form but the Site data is not showing in the form. But when we checked from back end the the site data is available.

First we upload the data in test instance it worked fine. What could be the reasons for this?
