Upgrade 12.0.6 to 12.1.3 Functional & Technical Steps

Hi,

We want to upgrade Oracle EBS application from 12.0.6 to 12.1.3. Currently we use Financials, Distributions and OPM module and we need detailed steps including pre requeisite tasks for each module.

What is required steps to upgrade oracle EBS release 12.0.6 to 12.1.3 for functional and technical aspect.

Is there any reference document guide about that?
