Short Payment from Customer

Hi,

We are currently facing the below example scenario:

We have an AR invoice 'A' amounting to INR 500,000 which is due today.

We have an AR invoice 'B' amounting to INR 600,000 which is due 30 days from today. But there has been partial return of goods (worth INR 20,000) and customer is liable to pay only INR 580,000 against invoice 'B'.

Now the customer makes a payment towards invoice A which is due today. But customer makes a payment of only INR 480,000 keeping in mind the INR 20,000 less payment he is to pay against invoice B for the return of goods.

This would mean there is still a balance receivable of INR 20,000 on invoice A that is due today.

Howdy, Stranger!
