ERROR session user expired

Hi all,

end user facing issue when is working display popups (attached) and press OK buttom and then log out from JDE

user is working and suddenly display the pops up

message:

Your session has expired"

              Your session has expired. If your browser does not refresh, please refresh to login again.

how to resolve this isse?

ti is related to session timefor one user only??
