iSupplier ASN Question

who owns the inventory in Oracle EBS (version 12.1.2) after teh supplier successfully submits an ASN (and system processes it)? I don't see it on any on hand value reports.  More importantly, how can i transfer ownership of good after the ASN has been submitted in iSupplier and Processed in Oracle Purchasing to the buying party?
