Item history F4115

I understand this table is updated basically at ship confirmation.  I know it is also updated by WO issues or sales update but generally it's done by ship confirmation.

My question is if I ship confirm a product in 2014 and 2016 but not in 2015 will there be any record in the F4115 table for 2015?  Is there any sort of "annual close" that other tables by fiscal year  have that would generate a 2015 record or would be get just records for 2014 and 2016?
