scheduled batch posting

Hi,

Currently our overnight posting program is scheduled to post all approved batches automatically.

Because of the above the Individual users who have created those batches are not able to see the PDF of the Journal entries as it is not shown in their view Job status and in there Work centers.

Is there anyway for the users to find the PDF which has got generated using there user ID or Batch Numbers ?
