FCM ARM - Reassignment Email Notification (version 11.1.2.4.100.3006)

Hi All,

We are working on developing ARM on version 11.1.2.4 and email notification for preparer and reviewer are being received as follows:

1. status change when opened - user preference set as immediate they get it immediately

2. late notification in the morning - user preference set as once a day

3. due date reminder in the morning - user preference set as once a day

When account is reassigned to them they don't get an email. Is it possible users, both preparers or reviewers to get reassignment notification email?
