April asset is getting depreciated the next month oracle r12

Hi,

For example the issue is at Month end e.g. April - when we run deprecation for Fixed Asset - the depreciation should run for April and get posted for the month of April. However when we depreciate, it gets posted to May. What could be causing this problem?
