D1 items don't get updated with frozen cost

Hi,

When i do cost simulation for a parent item (which has D1 cost item in it and cost being setup in F4105) and run R30835, parent item gets all the costs rolled but the D1 cost item do not get cost freezed along with parent item, why?

When the routing setup is done to have D1 item to create purchase order, Item cost has been setup and then cost rollup has been done.

Please let me know if the procedure is correct or any other step is required? I have checked all the related documents but didn't find any document to freeze D1 cost items, Please help.
